We stand behind every LUMA DAILY product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 90-day return and refund policy. No questions asked, no complicated forms.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All LUMA DAILY products are covered by our 90-day satisfaction guarantee. This applies to both individual items and bundle purchases. If the product does not meet your expectations for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund within 90 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

  • Unopened products: Full refund within 90 days of delivery.
  • Opened products: If you have used the product and are not satisfied, you may return it within 90 days for a full refund. We understand that supplements need to be tried to be evaluated.
  • Bundles: Individual items from a bundle may be returned. The complimentary sports bottle (included with 3-pack and 5-pack orders) does not need to be returned.
  • Damaged or defective items: Full refund or free replacement, no time limit. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Products returned after the 90-day window.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
  • Products that have been intentionally damaged or tampered with.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our team via the Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive a return label — we will send you a prepaid shipping label within 1 business day. For US customers, return shipping is free. International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Ship the product back using the provided label. No special packaging required — use the original packaging if available.
  4. Refund processed — once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned product. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days after processing
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5–10 business days after processing

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest possible delivery of your preferred product.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, any pending orders will be fulfilled, and no further charges will be made. Unused portions from the final shipment are eligible under the standard 90-day return policy.
