We ship LUMA DAILY products to over 47 countries worldwide. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Rates
- United States: Free standard shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping available at checkout for an additional fee.
- Canada & Mexico: Standard shipping at a flat rate. Free shipping on orders over $50.
- Europe & United Kingdom: Standard international shipping. Free shipping on 3-pack and 5-pack bundles.
- Australia & Asia-Pacific: Standard international shipping. Delivery typically within 7–14 business days.
- Rest of World: Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination.
Delivery Timeframes
All timeframes are estimates and begin after order processing (1–2 business days). Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
- US Standard: 3–5 business days
- US Expedited: 1–3 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe & UK: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- Other International: 10–21 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Bundled Orders
3-pack and 5-pack orders include a complimentary LUMA DAILY branded sports bottle. These bundles are shipped in a single package to reduce waste. Bundle orders qualify for free shipping to most destinations.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before placing your order.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for international orders. Some countries may have restrictions on certain supplement ingredients. If your order cannot be shipped to your location due to local regulations, our team will contact you promptly to arrange a full refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.
